Five Pillars

The physical, mental, spiritual, social, and financial or vocational lenses of harmony.

When to use it

Use this to find which layer of life is asking for attention before you overcorrect the wrong thing.

What it is

The Five Pillars are a practical diagnostic for alignment. They keep the conversation from becoming too abstract.

Physical asks about the body. Mental asks about attention and interpretation. Spiritual asks about truth, love, humility, and meaning. Social asks about trust and belonging. Financial or vocational asks about stewardship, work, calling, and provision.

How to apply

Use the pillars as a weekly review. Do not over-score. Write quickly. The goal is not to judge the life. The goal is to see where energy and truth are asking for attention.
